Our Operations team
Our Operations team is the backbone of Akur8, ensuring that the company runs smoothly and efficiently, both in terms of day-to-day processes, teams support and shaping our corporate culture. This talented team of 10 professionnals is split into two poles :
- Our People team, in charge of all of the regular HR tasks, from attracting and recruiting to employee management - with a strong focus on empowering employees and guaranteeing their satisfaction and well-being.
- Our Finance & Legal team, responsible for Akur8's financial management and legal compliance. Those responsibilities include : financial planning, accounting, budgeting, investment management.. but also drafting and negotiating our commercial contracts, making sure Akur8 is GDPR compliant... and much more !

Our Product and Design team
Our Product & Design team's mission is to build the future standard for insurance pricing with a smooth and intuitive user experience.
- Our Design team is the guardian of usability and consistency for our product : we strive to make the pricing process straightforward and effortless for our users. From the discovery phase to the delivery of a new feature, our goal is to arrive at the best solution that all users understand. We constantly frame the problem, iterate, prototype and test our solutions, because we are not afraid of challenging our vision.
- Our Product team innovates to build the future of insurance pricing by providing new tools within the platform with high technical standards. We maintain close contact with our users to continually receive product feedback, and to ensure we deliver features that most optimally solve their needs. Our strong expertise in Machine Learning, Insurance Pricing and Product Management enables us to deliver an amazing product.

Our Business and Marketing team
Our Sales and Marketing team is dedicated to shaping the global presence of Akur8 and driving business growth. With a focus on both expanding our client base and nurturing relationships with our existing +130 clients, our team of 25 professionals is spread across all of our six different Akur8 offices.
- Our Sales teams are the driving force behind expanding the Akur8 ecosystem, forging connections with clients and partners alike. Collaborating closely with other departments, we're always on the lookout for innovative strategies to promote our cutting-edge product while ensuring long-term satisfaction among all stakeholders.
- Our Marketing team plays a crucial role in amplifying Akur8's voice in the market. From event management to content creation, social media engagement, digital marketing, and PR, we cover a broad spectrum of responsibilities. With numerous stakeholders in play, we're adept at prioritizing impactful initiatives each day, requiring us to remain dynamic and flexible.
