Dynatrace is seeking a Talent Development Program Advisor to support the strategic build and implementation of a new, dynamic global performance enablement experience. Through this experience we seek to enable employee growth, consistent feedback conversations, and goal accountability aligning with company strategy.

To support this effort, this role will partner across teams and stakeholders in all aspects of work, including: tool development and administration, communications, learning experiences, adoption, program operations, etc. 

This role, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Performance Enablement will be critical in project execution, shaping the future of Performance Enablement at Dynatrace in partnership with the Talent Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects, supporting employees through change, and tool administration. 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Support the design, implementation and management of a global year-long Performance Enablement Experience for all employees. 

  • Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions for all elements of the Performance Enablement Experience (goal setting, feedback, check-ins, year-end performance reviews, calibration, etc.) 

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing performance data and build dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement. 

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies. 

  • Efficiently and empathetically respond to employee questions and feedback on the tool and the Performance Enablement process.  

  • Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. 

  • Contribute to team success by accomplishing related deliverables as needed. 

  • Participate in User Feedback Focus groups and compile data to support a go-forward plan.

  • Act as a process expert, partnering with system experts to articulate user needs and advocate for a great user experience.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Adapt communication style depending on audience. 

  • Efficiently and effectively pivot to a new solution. 

  • Seek out feedback and take action to iterate. 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience within People & Culture, performance management, organization development and/or learning and development programs/experiences. 

  • Project Management experience with global team. 

  • Strong communication skills across size and type of audiences.  

  • Bonus: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors

Compensation and rewards

We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 43,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
