The position

Job description

You will be responsible for sales and customer support for B2B accounts in several European countries. (Benelux, Poland, Greece, Albania…).

The objectives are to develop the business and sign new B2B clients in your geographical area and to support some existing B2B clients in the sale of TOEIC tests as well as other tests and services offered by ETS, the world leader in English language testing.

The role requires some travel at least, once a year, for each country covered, but most contacts and exchanges are made digitally (Teams, telephone, emails).

Working as part of a European team of over 25 people in various countries, mainly Amsterdam and France, the position is based in Amsterdam with remote working possibilities, including at least one day a week in the office with the rest of the Amsterdam team and the rest of the time at home.

The salary includes a fixed salary and a bonus based on the test volume and revenue targets to be achieved in the geographical zone.

An onboarding of one week training is planned. Your direct manager will be based in the Amsterdam Office.

Preferred experience

Skills

  • Experience in selling services to B2B customers is essential.

  • A good knowledge of the academic market (universities and schools) and/or language centers would be perfect.

  • Good listening skills and the ability to reformulate a customer’s expectations in written sales proposals.

  • Reactivity and dynamism to cover the different countries and very good organization.

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Sales Force CRM.

  • Ready to take on challenges and contribute ideas for sales and marketing.

  • Strong and rapid learning capacity

  • Flexibility, responsiveness, and ability to adapt their work according to peaks of activity.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team spirit

Languages required

  • LRSW abilities: Fluent in English (C1) , and at least two other European languages with minimum a B2 level. Dutch and Polish would be large a plus.
