Reporting to the Associate Director Group Finance Planning and Reporting, your missions will include:
Production of monthly reports and annual accounts, closing and reporting for the head-office branch in the Netherlands,
Responsible for the finance administration, including daily accounting tasks,
Preparation of monthly Inter Company invoices to the mother company, ETS,
Preparation of monthly reports for Work Orders/ projects,
Analysis and reporting to Revenue/ Cost Center Managers with variance explanation,
Responsible for balance sheet account reconciliations and controls,
Supporting Associate Director Group Finance Planning and Reporting and Revenue/ Cost Center Managers in preparing forecast and budget reports,
Act as a back-up for the Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager,
Participating and support in external and internal audits,
Maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders,
Giving guidance to other departments in finance-related matters, ability to clearly communicate and explain finance issues to non-finance people,
Other ad-hoc activities as required.
This is a full time position based in Amsterdam & flexible hybrid working model. The candidate must already be based in the Netherlands and possess a work permit.

Bachelor degree required with 2- 4 years of experience within Finance and/or Accounting Department of an international company,
Finance and/ or Accounting qualifications,
Flexible attitude, attention to detail, problem solving skills, no nine to five mentality,
Able to provide guidance to junior team members,
Pro-active, independent and quick learner, ability to determine priorities,
Affinity with IT, experience with ERP systems,
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office with advanced experience in Excel usage),
Able to work with deadlines (especially during month-end closing),
Travel: occasionally but very limited.
English fluent (excellent verbal and written communication skills),
Dutch – an advantage,
Another European language is a plus.
A previous experience within an international environment - an advantage
