We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) product.

You will oversee every facet of the product, crafting the best experience possible for both merchants and payers. Your goal will be to globally distribute and elevate our BNPL product, setting industry standards.

• Dig into the problems that are worth solving for our customers and the business.

• Work with the Tech and Design teams to shape ideas, narrow down problems and support the development process of our products.

• Manage the launch of features, their communication and their monitoring (performance, operations).

• Be responsible for internal communication and the proper integration of its product within the company’s vision.

• Constantly create and optimize processes to streamline product development.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success departments to drive product evolution and enhance distribution strategies

• Drive the product’s success to make it a key contributor to our overall revenue

🏆 Desired Profile :

• 4+ years in Product Management

• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch new products and features.

• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods.

• Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems and to present your argument in a written, well-structured, data-driven narrative.

• Empathetic with customers and able to combine qualitative and quantitative feedback to create and deliver a great product.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members at every organizational and technical level.

• In-depth understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning

• Fluent in English with excellent writing and speaking skills

• Proven track record with BNPL products or in the finance/payment industry is a strong plus
