Responsibilities

You will be integrated into the International desk of the Commercial Department of Société Générale Private Banking in Luxembourg. The team consists of a Desk Manager, a Relationship Managers, an Account Managers, a Business Manager, a KYC Advisor and a Credit Advisor. You will be in support of the CRMs to assist them in the management of administrative tasks on a daily basis:
• You will support the Relationship Managers and Account Managers of the International desk to assist them in the day-to-day management of their clients' operations and administrative tasks
• Administrative preparation and verification of account opening files
• Administrative maintenance of customer files in the CRM tool and update of static data
• Document reviews and preparation of documents to be signed by clients
• Dealing with administrative irregularities
• Processing of customer transactions: transfers, foreign exchange transactions, stock market orders
• Technical implementation of credits, renewal of existing credits
• Follow-up and processing of credit irregularities
• Processing of balances, verification of miscellaneous expenses
• Preparation of rate exemption requests
• Telephone reception
• Calendar management
• Support of the Relationship Managers and Account Managers of the International desk to assist them in the day-to-day management of their clients' operations and administrative tasks
• Administrative preparation and verification of account opening files
• Documentary returns and preparation of documents to be signed by clients
• Processing of administrative irregularities
• Processing of client operations
• Technical implementation of credits, renewal of existing one

Profile required

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply for a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
• Graduate with a Master's degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Economics/Finance
• A previous experience in n the banking field would be ideal

Language skills:
• Fluent in English (B2-C1)
• Fluent in French (B2-C1)
• Additional languages would be an asset

Technical, operational & Soft skills:
• Proficient/Good command of MS Office
• Good communication and presentation skills

The VIE assignment in a nutshell

This VIE in Luxembourg is to begin as soon as possible but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12 months.

In case a visa is necessary, please make sure your passport is valid up to 6 months after the end of the VIE contract to not delay your departure.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space. For further information (including your financial indemnities), please see Mon VIE-VIA Business France.
