The ACCOR Group is overhauling its hotel product distribution system, focusing on an API-based architecture, cloud migration, and the adoption of engineering best practices. The “Offer NGA & Foundational Capabilities” team is seeking a Tech Lead to oversee the evolution of the Offer service and accelerate the adoption of engineering practices. The team will include a Product Owner, a QA, and 2 to 3 developers.

- Implement the "You build it, you run it" principle to ensure service quality and reliability in production, including on-call management.
- Design and develop robust, high-performance technical solutions suited to project needs, using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MongoDB.
- Guide and coach the development team on best engineering practices, including TDD, code reviews, pair programming, and refactoring.
- Define and monitor quality and performance metrics for the code, and implement the necessary measurement and monitoring tools.
- Ensure that technical choices align with the overall system architecture and business needs.
- Conduct technology research and propose innovations to optimize the user experience and enhance product value.
- Actively participate in the team's agile processes in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO) and other stakeholders.
