We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Communication Manager to join our Marketing & Communication team. You will work in direct contact with Delphine, our CMO and be part of a team of 4 passionate individuals. Together, you will contribute to strengthening the brand’s image and developing our digital communication and PR strategies.

What you’ll be rocking 😀 :

1. Communication

• Responsible for the image and consistency of the Arianee brand across all communication channels.

• Define and maintain the graphic charter, ensuring its adherence across all materials.

• Collaborate with the Sales & Account teams to ensure communication remains aligned with commercial objectives.

• Manage all communication tools (website, newsletter, campaigns, studies) to ensure a consistent user experience.

• Ensure collaboration with the Events Manager to handle communication before, during, and after each event, representing Arianee while managing all internal and external communication operations (sales, press relations, public outreach, lead management).

  2. Digital Marketing

• Manage communication campaigns by creating engaging content and overseeing its distribution across key platforms.

• Optimize social media presence, develop the community, and generate engagement.

• Enhance user experience (UX) by collaborating with product teams to optimize the website and digital tools.

• Analyze site and campaign performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Your profile 🚀

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in digital marketing or communication.

• Strong affinity for start-up and tech environments.

• High interest in performance measurement (KPIs, dashboards) and quantitative tracking of actions taken.

• Extensive knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and optimization.

• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, as all our communications are conducted in English.

• Open-mindedness and the ability to build strong human relationships.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
