The Shopping app is looking for a Mobile Quality Engineer (m/f/d) in Lille.

Within one of our pluridisciplinary agile feature team (PO, UX/UI, Devs Front & Back, QE) you will be working to ensure that we are providing a best-in-class mobile eCommerce user experience to our customers.

Your mission will consist, in collaboration with the other Quality Engineers and Advisor of the Shopping Appn, of bringing the quality approach (Quality Assistance) within your squad, participating in the industrialization and automation of testing activities, and being an actor of our continuous improvement process.

You will also participate and contribute to the global Quality Engineering community of Decathlon Digital.

The Decathlon Shopping App has more than 7 million users worldwide (30+ countries) and 85% of these users are connected.

Therefore, our product strategy is to stimulate a global purchasing experience, by blurring the boundaries between physical and digital.

YOUR FUTURE IMPACT

• Implement the Shopping App quality approach within your team
• Implement and accompany your squad in the implementation of all types of tests in line with the product context
• Implement and help your squad in the implementation of test as code frameworks
• Guarantee the robustness of tests through a controlled data set policy
• Facilitate test results exploitation by the team
• Define the objectives for each automated testing activity and define their quality gate
• Raise team awareness about software quality culture
• Work closely with your engineers, engineering manager and product manager to help develop a healthy, diverse, collaborative engineering culture in line with the company's values.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years experience as a Quality Engineer
• Experience with software industry quality standard as well as mobile and API test automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, Bruno, SuperTest)
• Experience with embedded tests in CI/CD (Bitrise, Github Actions)
• Experience with test management tools (Jira-XRay)
• Your passion sports are bug hunting and test automation
