YOU WILL LEARN ABOUT
E-commerce
Collaborate with the team to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions, contributing to increased conversion rates and revenue generation.
Content management: manage and organize website content, editorial content, promotional operations on our websites
CRM
Contribute to the creation of engaging email newsletters and promotions that resonate with our audience and drive engagement (Customer Relationship Management)
Data analysis
Analyze online performance metrics and identify trends
Ensure data collection, quality and retention
Propose data-driven solutions to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction
User experience (UX/UI), SEO/SEA
Champion the user-centric mindset within the team, consistently advocating for the best possible user experience
Monitor website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools
Work closely with designers and developers to implement UX enhancements.
