As a rapidly expanding company in innovation, we’re seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Communication & Growth Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our company’s marketing footprint along with our impact.
We’re looking for a strong individual who can drive our brand messaging, support sales and marketing outreach, and amplify our ABM initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about B2B SaaS and ready to create impact at every stage of the funnel — from Attention to Expansion. You’ll work closely with our sales, marketing, and SDR teams to create compelling content, ensure messaging consistency, and support growth objectives through data-driven strategies. You’ll be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, converting product features into compelling value propositions and communication messages to deliver growth accross departments.
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop clear and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and highlights the unique value proposition of our SaaS platform along with our commercial offers.
Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with the AIDAE funnel (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action, Expansion), moving prospects from awareness to customer evangelists.
Collaborate with BDRs and the marketing team to create high-impact content for ABM campaigns, including personalized outreach activations, messaging, social media organic fomats and ads, along with website content (webflow).
Produce engaging materials such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and success stories that communicate the value of our SaaS solutions and drive conversions.
Campaign Coordination & Support
Create engaging and persuasive marketing collateral to effectively communicate the benefits of our solution to customers, prospects and partners.
Partner with sales and marketing to provide various segments’ coverage and ensure seamless messaging across all channels.
Plan and execute integrated communication campaigns to drive awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts in order to deliver both organic and paid returns, leveraging a mix of online and offline channels.
Prepare content for targeted outreach to custom-built ABM prospect lists using innovative prospection tools.
Use metrics to optimize communication strategies and ensure high return on investment (ROI) in all communication efforts.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Conduct in-depth research to understand customer usage and needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends, using insights to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, with a focus on lead generation KPIs, conversion ratios, and pipeline growth, accross acquisition channels.
Leverage data to refine content and messaging strategies, ensuring that all communication aligns with sales goals and supports ARR objectives.
Internal Alignment & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing management, sales, and customer success, to align product marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.
Lead product efforts, coordinating with product management and sales teams to ensure successful launches and drive adoption among target customers and partners.
Work with the sales team to optimize lead handoff and follow-up communication that maximizes ARR.
Coordinate with Account Managers to support messaging for upsells, cross-sells, and other expansion-focused efforts, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
We’re looking for a forward-thinker, with strong analytical skills, mixed with a doer with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions, to concretely optimize marketing performance and sales results.
A previous experience in communication roles within the SaaS industry would be preferred, ideally in B2B. Also, we would want to leverage a proven track record of successfully launching and marketing software, both via direct and indirect commercial methods.
Communication skills: Strong storytelling ability, especially in transforming complex ideas into clear, persuasive content. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling messaging and effectively communicate complex features and benefits to diverse audiences.
Creativity: A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with customers, target prospects and partners.
Technicity: Proficiency in ABM-related tools, digital ad platforms, CRM tools and website CMS.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and market dynamics.
Results orientation: Analytical mindset with experience measuring communication impact and adjusting tactics accordingly. A results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding marketing objectives and KPIs.
Team player: Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives. Experience supporting sales organizations through content, messaging, and campaign alignment is a plus.
