1.Production line operators training and authorization management, including operators
authorization matrix management

2.PR & reimbursement management
协助生产负责采购和报销事宜
3.Stationery pick up and distribution
办公用品的申领和发放
4.Collect and maintain OT information to admin to arrange shuttle bus and catering
收集和维护产线加班信息，协助行政安排班车和餐饮
5.Production line operators attendance management
产线员工的考勤管理
6.Production documents distribution and archiving
生产文件的收发和存档
7.Production line operators entry and resignation arrangement
负责产线新员工的接领工作和员工离职相关事宜
8.Support HR to summarize and confirm production line's OT & meal allowance monthly
每月协助人事对产线加班和餐补津贴进行统计和核对
9.Make production productivity report and analyze the cause of the inactivity weekly
制作生产报表，并对生产力偏差进行分析和解释
10.Production line operators internal information management, including management of
operators information in ERP
产线员工内部信息管理，包含ERP内员工信息的管理
11.Other production line administration affairs arranged by supervisor
上级安排的与产线相关的其他事务

岗位要求 & 资格：
1.College or above degree
大专以上学历
2.With good skill of office software
能熟练使用办公软件
3.With good patience & good communication skill
有耐心，并且有良好的沟通技巧
4.Good skill of oral and written English is appreciated.
有良好的英语口语和书写能力
