As Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind the further development of our consulting activities in the Netherlands. You will engage in further development our services and our product portfolio in the Engineering and the IT domain and expand our radius of action in the industrial sectors we serve, mainly centered around the Aerospace, Defence and Naval technology.

Responsibilities :

This includes the planning, development and implementation of all the relevant business activitiesYou will develop new customer accounts as part of the acquisition process and continuously expand them, in line with our group's targetsIn doing so, you will ensure and effective utilization and growth of your operational team.You will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals and taking the necessary measures to meet financial targetsFurthermore, you will ensure the qualification and further training of your employeesIn addition, you will support international sales campaigns, group events, marketing strategies, internal and external audits Qualifications :
