Responsibilities
We are looking for a V.I.E. to join the Client Service Managers team within SG Luxembourg! The department covers the Alternative Investment Funds where the future V.I.E. will contribute to the support of our long-term relationships with our clients and internal partners. The V.I.E. will begiven the opportunity to front, under the supervision of our CSM, key clients. He/She will also benefit from direct exposure to the SGSS Luxembourg senior management.
The V.I.E. Support Client Service Manager - Private Market will:
• support and help organizing client service review meetings
• participate to AIFM Due Dilligence and Service Reviexs
• consolidate KPI, Board Packs/ ad-hoc reports to be shared with AIFM
• support administration tasks anticipating the accounts opening in the System
• provide support on operational procedures documentation (e.g. Service Level AgremenT, Procedure)
• follow-up on overdrafts
• support on audit request, invoicing, credit risk

Profile required
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

Studies & experience:
• Graduate with a Master's degree from a Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance
• a previous experience in Private Banking would be appreciated
Language skills:
• Fluent in English
Technical, operational & soft skills:
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient/Good command of MS Office
The VIE assignment in a nutshell
This VIE in Luxemburgis to begin as soon as possible, but you need to plan 3 months between your application date and the beginning of your VIE assignment. It will last 12months. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria, opened to candidates under 28 and from the member states of the European Economic Space.
