Missions offered:

We are looking for a person to join the Vendor Performance Management team within the Global Sourcing and Procurement to take on the role of Supplier Quality Initiative Coordinator. 

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing innovative solutions by working with the Inspectors and Supplier Quality team. The mission of the internship is also to encourage intrapreneurship by empowering employees to identify and implement innovative ideas that drive business growth and improve processes.

Your mission will mainly focus on TEN's Zero Inspection Program (ZIP).

Under the supervision of the SQ Initiative team, your main tasks will include:

• Definition of a trader qualification approach and implementation of a workflow that will be part of revision 3 of the ZIP procedure.
• Presentation of the initiative to newly identified suppliers as being eligible for the ZIP and follow the entire qualification process with possible participation in a qualification audit.
• Analysis of KPIs as well as supplier documentation and writing of the quarterly ZIP report (creation of supplier sheets, implementation of benchmarks, estimation of the gain in terms of CO2 emissions). 
• Participation in the digital transition of the SQ initiative team through the implementation of supplier data in the eVPM tool.
• Collaboration with the supplier's commercial, project and quality departments with the aim of ensuring a long-term partnership based on trust and transparency in its quality system.
• Proactively participating in the continuous improvement of the ZIP and proposing new approaches likely to improve the process, 
• Participation in the updating of ZIP procedures if necessary,
• Application of the Group's procedures within the SQ Initiative team.

Profile sought:

What we expect from you:

• In the course of Bac +5,
• You have knowledge of electricity, instrumentation or piping,
• Interest in quality, inspection techniques and industry,
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders,
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends,
• Knowledge of computer tools and data management,
• You have operational English (oral and written),
• Knowledge of the office pack.

During this internship, you will be accompanied by a tutor to answer your various questions. This internship will be an opportunity for you to increase your skills and knowledge.
