With nearly 15 residences under management by early 2025, Urban Campus keeps on developing in France and Spain.

This full-time position is a replacement and is located in Madrid.
As our Property Manager in Spain, you will be part of the Operations team, which manages our 10 residences in Spain.

You will be reporting to Lorena, Head of Operations in Spain, and will work with several people, given your pivotal role :

• José Maria, Junior Property Manager, and Jorge, Facility Manager

• Rut, Real Estate Accountant

• All our Residential Managers

• Irache, Sales Manager

Among your responsibilities, you will find the following :

1/ Financial management and performance optimization

• Develop and implement the annual management plan of each one of the assets, partycularly OPEX forecasts with the support of the other departments of the Operations team (sales, marketing, community, customer support…)

• Supervise and optimize the OPEX management of the assets, develop initiatives preventing OPEX and improving resident experience

• Create and revise monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and operative reportings

• Carry out periodic on-site visits to ensure quality control and proactive upkeeping of the assets

2/ Ensure a smooth relationship with the landlords

• Work hand-in-hand with our landlords and enhance their satisfaction

• Adapt your reportings according to their different expectations

3/ Work closely with all asset-related teams and providers

• Manage facility issues in coordination with the Customer Support team

• Select, manage and supervise services providers (facility management, housekeeping, and others)

• Support the Operations team on sustainability initiatives and certifications

Background and work experience

• You have valuable experience in residential property management (2-3 years)

• You must be fluent in Spanish and English ; French is a plus

• You are an Excel master

• You have experience with CRMs and Property Management Systems, as well as accounting softwares

• You have managed landlord relationship before

• You are hands-on, thorough, with great organization skills

• Your communication is smooth and adapts to your different business partners

• You enjoy teamwork and solving problems together

• You know how to prioritize your work and can adapt to stressful situations, such as openings and landlord presentations
