Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Tech Team and working alongside Surya, Charles and Dorra, our Back-End Engineers, you will be involved in developing new features for our users and improving the overall architecture to support WeWard’s growth and ambitions!

By joining the team, you will become part of an entrepreneurial adventure where each team member contributes fully. You’ll participate in the strategic and technical decisions of the company and have a strong and immediate impact on our users: 3 million daily users 🚶‍♂️📱

We value a basic knowledge of Python, especially Flask and Celery (but we’re open to other Python web frameworks). 

We are looking for someone who understands API development and consumption, with a keen eye for code quality. If terms like automation and public cloud are new to you, don’t worry, we’re here to guide you! Our toolset includes Github Actions, Docker, and AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, etc.).

Depending on your preferences, you can contribute to the infrastructure (AWS) and the mobile application. Therefore, React.js skills would be highly appreciated!

Déroulement des entretiens

Recruitment process ⏳

  • 30-min call with your future Manager, Charles/Dorra/Surya

  • 1 hour of case study evaluating your hard skills

  • A last chat, either by video call or at the office, with the Tech team, including dedicated time for mutual feedback (lasting around 1 hour max)

We finish with a tour of our offices to introduce you to other members of the team. And finally, if all goes well…  Welcome! 🐼
