As a Customer Onboarding Manager for Northern Europe, your mission is to ensure the successful implementation of Zenchef services, acting as a crucial link between Sales and Account Managers. Your key focus is on understanding customer needs, adapting tools, and delivering high-quality service to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
As a Customer Onboarding team, we are responsible to deliver the promised value proposition to our clients during their onboarding process (organic growth and upgrade project). Our goal is to deliver the best experience with our product and services for increased client’s satisfaction and adoption.
Be the Zenchef Guide: Lead customers through their Zenchef service upgrade with confidence and ease. You’ll be the go-to person making sure their transition is smooth and stress-free.
Answer the Call: When customers have questions during their upgrade, you’ll be ready to help them out, ensuring they’re on the right track and feel supported every step of the way.
Tailor the Experience: Craft unique onboarding journeys that perfectly fit the needs of each client. Think of yourself as a customer journey designer, optimizing every touchpoint to create a top-notch experience.
Spark Innovation: Be a changemaker! Help us improve how we work by introducing new ideas, fresh initiatives, and driving continuous improvement. We love innovation, and you’ll be a big part of it.
Master the Merger: Play a key role in our Upgrade project as we bring four companies together. Your mission? Make sure the migration process is as seamless as possible, and keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements:
You have confirmed experience in customer interactions.
You are fluent in English and Dutch (read, write & speak) speaking German is a big plus!
You possess excellent writing skills.
You demonstrate ease and effectiveness in oral communication with clients.
You exhibit patience and pedagogy.
You display rigor, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.
