Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily client’s management (online, personal meetings)

  • Responsibility for delivering volume goals for top customers

  • Preparing tailor made activities for customers to reach volume goals

  • Sales plan proposals and business negotiations

  • Development of strategy for the assigned clients

  • Management of company portfolio strategy (listing of new SKUs)

  • Minimalizing of OOS on retail level

  • Reporting to senior management

  • Cooperation / sharing best practice with CZ colleagues

  • Act as a business owner, self-starter, ready to go extra mile


Preferované skúsenosti

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or marketing – at least 2 years as a KAM
