Your expertise in AdTech, DSPs, and programmatic bidding will be key in enhancing campaign performance and driving business success.

Where and how can you work?

The position offers flexibility in work location, with the option to be based at Bordeaux and at one of our Internationals offices in Paris or Madrid. Additionally, we support a hybrid work model, allowing for up to two remote workdays per week.

What will be your impact?

As an Ad Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Management: Implement, monitor, and optimize DOOH campaigns to align with client goals and ensure successful delivery.

  • Technical Compliance: Ensure that all creatives meet the required technical specifications and industry standards.

  • Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Client & Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary operational contact for clients and media owners, troubleshooting issues and ensuring seamless execution.

  • Training & Support: Educate clients on best practices for campaign optimization and provide ongoing technical support.

Preferred experience

You will be a good fit if you have

  • 3+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic advertising, or digital media.

  • A strong understanding of AdTech, including DSPs, SSPs, and programmatic bidding.

  • A proven track record of managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex campaign data.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus, and an additional language would be an asset.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
