We are currently looking for a highly skilled Manager to lead and drive the expansion of our Cloud Services team. As a crucial part of our Cloud Managed Services division, you will significantly oversee the cloud build and operation team. This includes managing the Infrastructure as a Code team, focusing on areas such as security, performance, scalability, and automation.

Your responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Cloud services team
Develop and maintain strategies for Cloud Infrastructure and Services, ensuring effective performance and cost management
Drive adoption and communicate risks/opportunities of leveraging Cloud Infrastructure, Participate in sales campaigns, providing technical architecture expertise for IaaS, MS, and SaaS, including Security, performance, and scalability
Drive orchestration in the cloud using Infrastructure-as-code while providing self-service capabilities to the Cloud Ops team
Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to plan and execute new initiatives
Design and build a Cloud Automation framework to accommodate subsequent automatable solutions. Drive improvements, optimization, and implementation changes
Review commonly occurring issues, identify the pattern, and design the solution aligned with the framework, develop the solution to automate recurring issues
Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders globally, Foster effective collaboration with other AeVen delivery centres, such as Denmark and the Philippines
Supervise and guide direct reports, addressing their development, performance, technology, and current or future operational needs
Manage team workload by setting clear goals and deadlines, allocating resources effectively, and overseeing project management
Support change, encourage employees to innovate, evaluate suggestions, and remove obstacles to implementation. Assure employee equity and encourage employee growth and opportunity
Actively listen to team members’ feedback and promptly resolve any issues or conflicts
Work together with HRBP to ensure compliance with necessary HR processes, including performance management, compensation and benefits management, retention, and annual organizational review
Provide regular reports on essential metrics
Your Team
Your team will comprise Cloud Engineers, Cloud Consultants and cloud project managers, organized into two sub-teams: Cloud Services and Cloud transformations.
The team consists of 8 members, and we anticipate further growth throughout 2023, hiring is in progress and expected to by 18 members in the team by Q3 2023. As a global team, our Cloud engineers, Consultants and architects collaborate closely with colleagues from Denmark and the Philippines. Daily collaboration occurs through online channels, and you will be expected to actively participate in this collaborative environment.

Solid technical background in Cloud services (Azure/AWS) responsible for engineering activities for automation within the Cloud Centre of Excellence
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a diverse team of junior and senior members
Possess excellent leadership skills
Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, including familiarity with business metrics, best practices, and benchmarks
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and Agile methodologies
Experience in IT Operations and IT Outsourcing environment
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and their measurement
Ability to thrive in an international work environment
