We are looking for a Line Manager (People Manager) to lead and grow our team of IT Infrastructure Solution Architects/Customer Architects. This role is split equally, with 50% of your time as an IT Solution Architect and 50% as a People Manager.
As a Line Manager:
Lead and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage HR processes such as performance management, compensation, benefits, feedback, and retention.
Foster a team environment with open communication and collaboration.
Provide honest feedback to help employees improve their performance.
Set clear performance expectations and hold individuals accountable.
Recognize and appreciate staff contributions.
As a Solution Architect:
Act as a trusted advisor on customer projects.
Design IT infrastructure solutions across the technology stack.
Ensure projects are delivered on time with the right technical design and quality.
Hand over completed projects to the Operational team with necessary documentation.

At least 2+ years in a people manager/team leader role.
Experience managing large IT enterprise infrastructure projects.
Strong leadership skills and knowledge of performance metrics.
Excellent people skills with empathy and motivational abilities.
Proactive and collaborative approach.
Ability to work independently with a strong personal drive.
Ability to influence central decision-makers.
Knowledge and experience with ToGAF standards in IT architecture (certification is a plus).
Experience in the IT outsourcing business.
