We are looking for a Line Manager (People Manager) to lead and grow our team of IT Infrastructure Solution Architects/Customer Architects. This role is split equally, with 50% of your time as an IT Solution Architect and 50% as a People Manager.

Your Responsibilities

As a Line Manager:

  • Lead and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage HR processes such as performance management, compensation, benefits, feedback, and retention.

  • Foster a team environment with open communication and collaboration.

  • Provide honest feedback to help employees improve their performance.

  • Set clear performance expectations and hold individuals accountable.

  • Recognize and appreciate staff contributions.

As a Solution Architect:

  • Act as a trusted advisor on customer projects.

  • Design IT infrastructure solutions across the technology stack.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with the right technical design and quality.

  • Hand over completed projects to the Operational team with necessary documentation.

Požadavky na pozici

  • At least 2+ years in a people manager/team leader role.

  • Experience managing large IT enterprise infrastructure projects.

  • Strong leadership skills and knowledge of performance metrics.

  • Excellent people skills with empathy and motivational abilities.

  • Proactive and collaborative approach.

  • Ability to work independently with a strong personal drive.

  • Ability to influence central decision-makers.

  • Knowledge and experience with ToGAF standards in IT architecture (certification is a plus).

  • Experience in the IT outsourcing business.
