Business Accountabilites:

  • Manage, conduct and evaluate projects to implement brand strategy for our nicotine pouches. Drive product and campaign development and deployment, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective budget allocation within the context of agreed projects and approved budgets.
  • Brief agencies and manage operations with agencies in the implementation of assigned brand projects.
  • Fulfill the function of person-of-contact for the brand/category and brand ambassador within the organization.
  • Analyze and evaluate market and market research data to identify and develop new marketing measures for the brand/category.
  • Support Category Manager in the strategic and operational brand planning.
  • Functionally direct and coach trainees and interns and conduct know-how transfer for new staff members of the Brand/Category Marketing team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • University degree, preferably in business administration with focus on marketing.
  • 2-3 years experiences in Brand or Trade Marketing.
  • Effective and efficient way of working (in particular when implementing short term projects).
  • Experience in project management.
  • Feel for brands / consumers.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills and individual initiative and organizational skills.
  • Distinctive communication skills.
  • Marked ability to work in a team, to establish contact and to collaborate.
  • Flexibility and stress resistance.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and relevant marketing applications.
  • Business fluent language skills in English.

Key Success Factors:

  • Delivery of new product development projects.
  • Delivery of campaigns for the end market.
  • Regular and effective performance tracking of new launches.
  • Budget and Statement of Work tracking – making sure to stay in the limits.
  • Effective cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regular and clear information streaming within category, activation team and across other departments.
