As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing selected marketing projects and integrated parts of marketing campaigns in Albert. As Marketing Project Manager you will ensure the effective process and timely delivery of selected projects and integrated campaigns with strong, connected and quality marketing outputs to solo marketing projects or company projects.

What will be your responsibilities

  • manage selected complex marketing projects from an effectiveness and connectivity perspective
  • define the scope and project timelines, following the project initiation stage
  • outline the necessary follow-up activities, including regular project milestone updates and required decisions
  • ensure alignment and approval from key project stakeholders
  • develop, monitor, and manage the marketing process; create awareness of it; promote its principles and daily adoption by teams
  • develop and implement a standardized approach to full project management in marketing, including gate management
  • actively promote project management principles, awareness, and adoption by marketing teams
  • seek ongoing process management opportunities to drive efficiencies internally and externally
  • prepare and recommend project management tools, if necessary
  • connect with other departments to share project management knowledge and best practices, and establish synergies
  • prepare detailed project plans and scoping documents with clear definitions of team roles, responsibilities, and required resources, if applicable
  • ensure timely, consistent, and integrated delivery/quality with project team members, fully aligned with the Albert brand
  • propose and orchestrate the decision-making process

What we expect from you

  • University master’s degree preferably
  • 8 years experience in relevant business environment - in project management and work in larger organizations
  • English – fluent, Czech - advanced
  • experience in leading the team or indirect group of people
  • preferred experience of marketing or marketing related areas
  • excellent presentation skills
  • very good command of negotiation skills
  • strong organization and stakeholder management
  • leadership skills
  • strategic thinking
