Are you ready to:

• Work with senior team members on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and improving portfolio performance.
• Perform real estate market research and analysis to provide insights for investment strategies.
• Collect, analyze, and present real estate data for valuations, acquisitions, and disposals for two investment funds.
• Prepare cash flow models to assess real estate investment opportunities, helping with key decisions and forecasts.
• Create materials for Board decision-making, focusing on real estate investments.
• Support due diligence by reviewing real estate market trends and financial data, ensuring necessary corrections are made.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete real estate projects and reports on time.
• Assist in organizing and archiving transaction documents for real estate deals.

We will be a good match if you have:

• Ability to analyze real estate data and market trends, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in commercial real estate with knowledge of property valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Team player with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to explain real estate investment concepts to different stakeholders.
