Key Responsibilities:

• lead and also actively take part in financial analysis of IT initiatives and Investments
• managing a team of senior financial business partners, responsible for recruitment and development and supporting them in their roles
• proposing actions leading to better cost management and higher productivity in the covered areas
• collaborating on developing reporting that supports FHC and strategic initiatives
• developing the financial plan and identifies opportunities to make it more ambitious
• monitoring current developments and any deviations from the plan

Required skills and experience:

• Master's degree
• previous experience in a similar position or field is required (10 years or more)
• understanding and affinity to expense management
• experience in IT controlling is an advantage
• knowledge of finance, analytical skills, advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Basics of SQL, and database management is an advantage
• the position requires advanced English
• strong communication skills, including influencing and negotiating skills
• internal Communication with IT, Facility Management, Risk, Accounting Methodology
