We’re looking for a Senior Oracle Database Architect and L3 Administrator to design, optimize, and govern mission-critical Oracle database services. You’ll bring strategic thinking and deep technical knowledge to a hybrid environment supported by external service providers—ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

What you’ll do?

• 🔧 Oracle Architecture & Optimization

  • Design and evolve robust Oracle database environments (on-prem and cloud).

  • Define architectural standards, performance best practices, and optimization strategies.

  • Implement enterprise-grade HA/DR solutions using Data Guard, RMAN, and multi-node setups.

  • Explore automation and Oracle Cloud adoption (OCI, AWS RDS, hybrid).

    📦 Service Management & Provider Oversight

  • Own the database service strategy and manage delivery through third-party providers.

  • Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contracts—ensuring continuous service improvement.

  • Act as the key contact for service governance, escalations, and quality assurance.

  • Ensure external partners maintain both cloud and on-prem Oracle environments reliably.

    🔐 Security, Compliance & Governance

  • Enforce security standards across Oracle platforms: encryption, access control, auditing, hardening.

  • Ensure alignment with global compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, TISAX).

  • Develop governance models to monitor and control database operations.

    🚨 Level 3 Oracle Expertise & Support

  • Be the final point of escalation for complex Oracle incidents and troubleshooting.

  • Perform root cause analyses and design long-term, stable solutions.

  • Manage upgrades, patching, storage, access, and performance tuning.

  • Advise on cloud migration strategy and execution.
