Your area of responsibility in the Compliance area:

·       Providing compliance advice to the TOP management of HARTMANN Rico

·       Ensuring and implementation of the organizational Code of Conduct & Compliance policies

·       Protocols and procedures implementation in case any compliance case is detected within the organization

·       Exercise of controls and internal compliance audits

·       Investigating and solving compliance related issues

·       Developing tools and methods to track and report relevant information

·       Communication with different departments providing explanation and legal assistance

·       Identifying training needs regarding compliance procedures as well as training employees and directors

·       Functional reporting to HQ in Germany

·       He/she will be the local compliance reference in CZ, Bulgaria and Slovakia

·       Stakeholders/key contacts are Sales and Marketing (Trainings and advice), Corporate Compliance and Legal Department (Support and Alignment), External Legal Consultancies for compliance (Ensure proper project management)

Capabilities/requirements:

·       Preferably Bachelor’s degree in law, emphasis in business corporate law.

·       Preferably minimum 4 years of experience as a Compliance Specialist/Coordinator or Internal Auditor in a law firm or a big corporation

·       Knowledge of compliance regulations

·       Ability to work independently on projects

·       Experience in the medical device/health industry is desirable but not a must

·       Cross functional and international collaboration

·       Lead and manage change

·       Find solutions and take decisions

·       Fluent in Czech and English
