Role Summary

Ratio Project Manager is the key specialist at MANN+HUMMEL for internal cost-optimization projects. Grab an opportunity to join Global Leader in Filtration and steer international projects!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manages project specific sourcing activities and all purchasing related processes in a cost-optimization project within Purchasing and with cross-functional project team members (Quality, R&D, Sales and Process Engineering)   
  • Takes over selected Projects as Change Manager
  • Execution of regular project reviews with cross-functional Project Teams
  • Coordinates Technical Change Management (TCM) and Engineering Change Request (ECR) process
  • Overall responsibility to meet project related saving targets and project timing
  • Ensures project related internal and cross-functional information exchange within the project team
  • Prepares and maintains the required project related documentation and ensures correctness and up-to-dateness of these documents/data
  • Ensures and supervises all necessary work packages within and across numerous sites, and informs/escalates relevant deviations

Profile description:

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Education: High school/University Degree in the Economics/Technical or any relevant field
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager with automotive background 
  • Required Skills: Project management skills, Knowledge of Technical Change Management (TCM)
  • Languages: Very good knowledge of English language (B2/C1 level), German language is a big advantage
  • Competencies: Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams, ability to adopt quickly to new topics / projects, strong communication skills across all hierarchy levels, resilience, willingness to travel (+Driving license)
