YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support of SAP HR business processes within SAP SF RCM module
• Correct implementation of given SAP tasks within the processes and functional analysis, configuration, customization and testing in SAP SF modules for the international MANN+HUMMEL locations
• Find solutions for problems escalated by key users
• Consult and implement requirements coming out of business needs
• Project leading of entrusted SAP HR projects - active participation on project activities, coordination of project team members, ensure the documentation, and keep the deadlines
• Create and keep up to date technical documentation
• Contribute to standardization of HR business processes and their following
• Support of less experienced team members

Profile description:

YOUR PROFILE:

• Education: High school or University degree
• Required Skills: Deep knowledge of entrusted SAP SF RCM module (knowledge of other SF modules is an advantage), experience in the role of SAP HR consultant and with international projects, MS Office knowledge
• Languages: Advanced written and spoken English (B2+ Level), Czech language is a plus
• Competences: Very good analytical thinking, great communication skills, efficient time management, team player, responsibility, customer approach
