You will join the ICT support team, maintaining key systems for our internal customers and resolving user issues. Your role will ensure reliable IT services and enhance client and customer satisfaction.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Improving the quality and availability of IT infrastructure (HW, SW, telecommunication, customer connection, etc.) to users

• Creating a technical documentation and standard operational procedures

• Monitoring and solving problems with IT infrastructure relating to routine operational issues including failures

• Working with internal international clients i.e. communication in Czech and English via phone and email

• What will be your responsibilities?

• Good networking knowledge – switching, routing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

• Remote access - PPTP, L2TP/IPSec, SSTP

• Security, firewalling, antiviruses

• VoIP, PBXs, Asterisk

• Windows 10, Windows server, Exchange, Microsoft 365, VMware

• Knowledge of configuring emails, antispam, domain services

• Centrally managed and monitored infrastructure experience

• Experience in helpdesk support is an advantage

• Microsoft, Cisco, or other relevant certification is an advantage

• Written and spoken technical English, knowledge of Czech or Slovak

• Driving license – B
