Mattoni 1873 is seeking a Power Platform Expert to play a crucial role in the company’s digital transformation. This role involves understanding business requirements and delivering solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps. You will design solutions within company governance and best practices, working on small requests for complex projects and have the freedom to design solutions and act as an architect. As part of a team focused on automation across multiple countries, you’ll have opportunities to learn about modern technologies. Effective communication with business stakeholders and IT experts will be crucial. Your contributions will support the company’s digitalization agenda, promoting new digital culture and technologies.

What will be your responsibilities?

Understand Business Requirements: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and analyze requirements, ensuring that proposed solutions align with business goals and objectives.
Design and Architect Solutions: Utilize your expertise in Power Automate and Power Apps to design and architect solutions that meet business needs while adhering to company Power Platform governance and best practices.
Team Collaboration: Work as part of a team focused on automation across multiple countries, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, and take advantage of opportunities to learn and grow within the role.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with business stakeholders and other IT team members, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned.

• 2 years of experience specifically in Power Automate and Power Apps development, Sharepoint.

• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements analysis.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize and manage tasks effectively.

• A passion for continuous learning and staying current with new technologies.

• Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus.

• Additionally, having a broader background in related fields such as software development, IT, or business process automation can be beneficial.

• Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English

• Experience with Dataverse and Model driven apps is a plus
