What to expect in the position:

• You will be managing and overseeing all our divisions across 27 countries in Europe.
• Designing and executing new strategies and development for the whole portfolio to help us to grow internationally will be in your hands.
• You will be managing 5 Division Directors and will be responsible for their leadership and development as well as being the center of excellence and point of escalation.
• Part of your responsibilities consists of setting and managing KPIs and other objectives. Last year we reached 1 billion EUR annual turnover and we want to grow more!
• Analyzing market data within the beauty industry and its relation to Notino will be an important part of your job.
• You will cultivate long-lasting partnerships with our TOP suppliers and partners, lead annual negotiations, and open new opportunities for both sides.
• The Assortment Director is also steering and enhancing communication within the team and across various departments at Notino.
• Frequent business trips across Europe will be a natural part of your work routine. Our HQ is in Brno, Czech Republic, so relocation to Brno or ability to commute is essential.

What we expect from you:

• You are a great business professional with drive, strong business acumen, and passion for business development and strategy.
• Your experience in a similar role in an e-commerce platform with a significant international reach, including leadership experience is necessary.
• Expert skills in negotiating and communication are a natural part of you.
• You have an exceptional time management skills.
• You can handle challenging situations with composure and have the capacity to view challenges in a broader context.
• English is essential - you can communicate in English on C1 level at least.
• Working with data has been part of your daily routine.
