What To Expect In The Position:
- Drive international assortment/category strategy – Oversee and shape the entire product portfolio across 27 markets.
- Lead a high-performing team – Manage and develop 5 Division Directors, ensuring alignment with company growth strategies.
- Strategic supplier partnerships – Cultivate relationships with top global beauty brands, lead negotiations, and explore new business opportunities.
- Data-driven decision-making – Analyze market trends and performance data to optimize assortment and category expansion.
- Set and achieve key business goals – Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth beyond 1 billion EUR.
- Cross-functional collaboration – Work closely with marketing, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless execution of assortment strategies.
- International exposure – Frequent business travel across Europe; relocation or regular commuting to our HQ in Brno, Czech Republic, is required.
What We’re Looking For?
- Senior-level experience ideally in e-commerce or beauty with a strong background in assortment/category management, merchandising, or commercial strategy.
- Proven leadership skills – Experience managing large teams and leading high-stakes negotiations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – ability to collaborate effectively with key suppliers and internal stakeholders. Proven capability to negotiate deals in the range of millions of EUR.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset – Ability to interpret market trends and drive strategic decisions based on insights.
- Fluent English (C1+ level) – Other European languages are a plus.
- Strategic thinker & problem solver – Ability to handle complex challenges and drive business growth.
- Willingness to travel in Europe to meet with key suppliers.
