Join our Material Compliance team – a group dedicated to helping Siemens meet global substance compliance standards. You'll play a key role in registering suppliers, ensuring compliance with product restrictions, and making sure all processes run smoothly through our web-based platform. We care deeply about the environment, health, and safety, and your contribution will help maintain the excellence Siemens is known for.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with suppliers to register them in our platform
  • Guiding suppliers to provide substance declarations for Siemens
  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry within the platform
  • Staying in close contact with suppliers, providing assistance and follow-ups
  • Tracking registration progress in our internal systems
  • Regularly reporting progress to management and internal customers

What We’re Looking for:

  • Proficiency in German (at least B2 level) is a must. Basic English would be also good
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and organize your tasks effectively
  • Time management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
  • Experience in a similar field or international setting is a plus, but not required – we’ll guide you!
