As we embark on a new exciting journey, we are seeking a motivated Team Leader to join our Accounts Payable (AP) team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will lead a diverse team to drive efficiency and excellence in AP processes.
What will be your tasks?
- Lead and develop a multinational and multicultural AP team.
- Support your direct reports and colleagues in AP processes.
- Drive improvement initiatives and process automation within the team.
- Monitor measures to ensure the achievement of defined operational and quality targets (KPIs).
- Evaluate, process, and support various customer requests, such as process analysis.
- Collaboration with colleagues, managers, and other P2P teams on internal initiatives leading to higher efficiency and productivity increase.
- Lead regular meetings with customers and resolve potential customer queries.

- You have a strong orientation towards people and customers.
- You thrive on driving changes and supporting management team decisions.
- Your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) are top-notch.
- Microsoft Office products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) are your everyday companions.
- Experience in people management? You’ve got it, and it’s a big plus if you lead remote teams.
- Knowledge of AP processes? That’s an advantage you bring to the table.
