At Treatwell, we're looking for new colleagues to join our field sales team in Paris. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for successfully acquiring new clients by proactively identifying and contacting potential partner salons (B2B). You will oversee the entire process from initial contact to contract signing to secure new partnerships for Treatwell. At Treatwell, you'll not only have the opportunity to shape the future of the beauty industry but also directly increase salon revenues and attract new clients. We're passionate about supporting salons to thrive in the digital landscape by leveraging our Treatwell Connect products and marketplace to sustain their commercial success and expand their client base.

We offer you first-class sales and product training that will ease your integration and serve as an ideal foundation for your success at Treatwell. To fulfill our mission, we need you to bring in at least 10 new salon partners per month. We expect you to monitor your sales figures, sales pipeline, and follow-ups responsibly with your potential new partners. Your understanding of our products and the value we bring to salons will significantly influence your income.

We offer you a transparent sales career plan where you can continuously improve your base salary: every time you exceed your targets for 3 consecutive months (120%), you can receive an automatic 2.5% salary increase.
