The position

Job description

Our sales team for the French market is looking for its next challenger in Paris.

As an Account Executive at 365Talents, you use outbound selling strategies to find new business and help them grow.

You benefit from inbound leads (coming from the support of the BDR and the marketing teams) to research major account prospects and create outreach strategies.

You run online demos of the 365Talents software and successfully sell the 365Talents value proposition.

In this role, you will need to:

  • Dynamically source and develop every qualified opportunity to secure new logos

  • Deliver engaging ROI-oriented sales presentations virtually and in-person

  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders within Forbes 2000 companies (2,000- 100,000 employees)

  • Engage with internal teams in marketing and inside sales to create strategy, messaging and sales collateral tailored for your portfolio and geography

  • Contribute to Go to Market and Sales Organisation Strategies to deliver firm growth across your portfolio and geography

  • Help shape the future of 365Talents’ global footprint with your unique insights, ideas, and skills

  • Anticipate, mitigate, and manage deal risks to deliver reliable forecasts


Preferred experience

  • You have at least 3-4 years of closing sales experience for an HR tech and SaaS tool,

  • You are used and you like to work on a complex selling,

  • You want to take part in a scale up environment,

  • You are fluent in French and in English,

  • You own good communication skills and enjoy developing relationship,

  • You possess an unmatched consultative selling and closing skills,

  • You keep a sharp focus on your goals and a strong approach for achieving them,

  • Humility, enthusiasm and team spirit are your core values.
