4flow highlights a solid promotion procedure, based on concrete objectives, managerial monitoring and validation by a panel of managers, guaranteeing the robustness of the procedure and offering the employee the opportunity to build their network within of the group. The criteria and stages depend on the branch of activity and the position targeted.
4flow sets up an annual performance and potential review cycle for its employees. In addition to individual objectives, each position is defined by expected skills which are evaluated. Employees have the opportunity to discuss these topics at least twice a year with their supervisor. To guarantee the balance of evaluations, each supervisor participates in performance calibration reviews, making it possible to guarantee the same criteria for everyone, to present their team to other managers and to develop the first ideas for future development. Each employee can also share their Happiness Factor! Finally, each manager receives feedback from his team.
