We are committed to our health

We recognise that each of us has the right to privacy and family. Health and well-being are just as important. We know that sometimes we all need to slow down and recharge. That's why we enjoy regular vacations, we don't rush to work when we are sick, we respect the need for spending time with the family and our own moments of relaxation. Several times a year we receive a proper dose of vitamins in the form of gift packages adapted to the current season.

We follow the motto: It is not important to win, but to participate.

We try to spend time together after work. Sports enthusiasts traditionally participate in interesting sporting events such as the Pilsen Regional Half Marathon or the Predator Race. On these occasions we proudly represent the company wearing 4flow t-shirts. We follow the motto: it is not important to win but to participate. But we have nothing against winning medals! At least once a month we organise Laser Games. An alternative for non-runners, there is an opportunity to directly take part in a table football tournament in the office, or to participate in some of the activities held as part of company events. Sports is therefore not only good for your health, but also to strengthen workplace relationships!
