We are looking for an experienced Game Analyst -he/she/they- to join our Growth Team. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing key performance indicators across our products to help maximizing long term revenue and analyze and improve the effectiveness of the player life cycle.
You will do that by setting-up AB-tests of in-game features and create dashboards. You will regularly communicate your findings to Product, Management and Marketing teams to ensure your insights are used to inform decision making, to drive the growth of multiple games (focusing with the portfolio of Loop Games at first). You will work inside the Data Team (3 Data Analysts, 2 Data Engineers, 1 Analytics Engineer) and you will report to the VP of Growth.
This position is hybrid (4 days per week at the office) and located in Paris.

Support insight-driven decision making for several games
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Live Ops on
- A/B testing initiatives
- Personalization strategies
- Launching new games on the market
Develop and define KPIs and models to assess game performance
Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of players
Design tests that investigate hypothesis and uncover customer insights
Create, own and manage an evolving AB test roadmap
Create and share actionable presentations and recommendations based on your findings to optimize the product roadmap and soft launch new games
Been working in the gaming industry for at least a couple of years, and know a few tricks to get players more engaged in game.
While most of your time will be spent working with other cross-functional leaders, you make sure to keep up to date with the latest trends in gaming and analytics.
Can easily communicate technical concepts to a wide variety of audiences - from engineers/scientists to business stakeholders - and navigate between big-picture and technical details.
Impressive ability to prioritize and weigh impact vs. effort and interest in how Analytics can help unlock faster growth and/or opportunities to increase margin and/or cut costs.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Data ( at least 1.5 year in the gaming industry, working on the Data or Product side)
Fluent English
Highly open minded, diplomat and pedagogical
Familiar with product analytics concepts and tools
Product analytics tools (Heap, Mixpanel, …)
Proficiency writing SQL queries and Excel formulas
BI tools (Looker, Tableau, …)
Strong communication skills and facilitation abilities: Proven ability to break down, explain and defend analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders
