🚀 Your Mission:
As an Ads Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-performing ad content for our user acquisition campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing and UA teams to create engaging visual assets that maximize ad effectiveness.
🎯 Your Responsibilities:
✔️ Design and produce ad assets (banners, videos, animations) tailored for UA platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Google, etc.).
✔️ Experiment with different formats and creative concepts to optimize conversion rates.
✔️ Collaborate with User Acquisition and Data teams to analyze creative performance and iterate continuously.
✔️ Adapt ads to market trends and platform-specific requirements.
✔️ Manage an asset library and ensure creative adaptations across multiple formats.
✅ Experience in advertising design, ideally in the gaming or mobile industry.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator), Figma, Blender (a plus).
✅ Strong understanding of creative trends and best practices in mobile user acquisition.
✅ Ability to test and optimize creatives based on analytical results.
✅ Creative, proactive, and capable of producing high-impact visuals quickly.
