About the role:
Part of the group level marketing team at our headquarter, in Paris, Boulogne.
You will be responsible for the user acquisitions performance of of a portfolio of casual apps. You will work on both mature games as well as new app launches
Fully own your optimisation efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize ROAS and scale.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Product, Creative, Data & business intelligence teams.

What you’ll need to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Fluent in French & English
Experience in user acquisition in gaming, on social platforms and SDK networks.
Define UA launch strategies for new titles, including pre-registration campaigns.
Strong, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills and experience working in metrics based environment
Experience in using advanced and privacy-safe mobile measurement approaches (SKAdNetwork, Google Privacy Sandbox and Media Mix Models).
Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimisation
Outstanding communication and client skills – both written and spoken – to work effectively with our studios
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
