About the role:

  • Part of the group level marketing team at our headquarter, in Paris, Boulogne.

  • You will be responsible for the user acquisitions performance of of a portfolio of casual apps. You will work on both mature games as well as new app launches

  • Fully own your optimisation efforts across creative, geo, platform, and channel to maximize ROAS and scale.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our Product, Creative, Data & business intelligence teams.

Preferred experience

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights

  • Fluent in French & English

  • Experience in user acquisition in gaming, on social platforms and SDK networks.

  • Define UA launch strategies for new titles, including pre-registration campaigns.

  • Strong, problem solving, and critical-thinking skills and experience working in metrics based environment

  • Experience in using advanced and privacy-safe mobile measurement approaches (SKAdNetwork, Google Privacy Sandbox and Media Mix Models).

  • Experience – and a desire – to do both strategic planning and day-to-day execution/optimisation

  • Outstanding communication and client skills – both written and spoken – to work effectively with our studios

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
