Job description

Let’s be honest, La Vie’s plant-based lardons, bacon & ham are WAY too delicious to keep to ourselves. This is why we decided to bring more joy and love to a maximum of customer in all the shops in France 🤩

In order to pamper our French customers, we need YOU!

Your missions are the following:

  1. Main task: Providing a rapid & quality customer service ( target: response within ½ day) : handle custom, transport issues, order issues & volume issues

  2. Facturation & cash collection : make sure invoice is created in our ERP, solve invoice issues within 2 days, help cash collection with Finance in case of litigation

  3. Create connection clients (logisticians, Appro) in order to solve problems faster : regular contact & calls, proactive follow up

  4. Respond to customer KPI’s & compare with own data

  5. Smoothen the client start : make sure we have the relevant data with sales, provide extra care to first orders 

  6. Control invoices of Logistics and transport. - log cost controlling ( project) - Price negotiations


Preferred experience

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in order management and invoicing.

  • You are very comfortable with numbers and Excel !

  • You love pampering your clients and go the extra mile with your swift & qualitative service

  • You are strong in building relationships

  • You know how to keep your cool in stressful situations

  • You have outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

  • You thrive in a fast-moving startup environment!

  • You are Fluent in French and English
