We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assistant to support our Quality team in ensuring the safety, compliance, and excellence of our products and processes. You will play a key role in maintaining and improving our quality system while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, co-manufacturers, and clients. You will report to the Quality & Regulatory manager.
You will also ensure our products are at the higher level of quality possible.

Handle raw material and finished product complaints: respond to consumers, clients, and co-manufacturers; coordinate corrective actions and follow up on implementation.
Manage quality-related requests from consumers and clients.
Oversee the quality sample library: maintain inventory and organization of reference samples.
Manage quality control plans/monitoring plan for raw materials and finished products (sensory, microbiological, physicochemical, contaminant testing…) and consolidate associated reports.
Create and update technical datasheets for finished and semi-finished products.
Maintain quality databases, including those related to raw materials and supplier monitoring.
Create and update specifications for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the quality management system.
Regulatory watch: analyze summaries from external service providers and monitor alerts from the RASFF (Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed).
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Quality team.
1 or 2 years in food industry as quality engineer or coordinator in food industry
Knowledge of quality & food safety standards (IFS, BRC, BROC broker, ISO 22 000, HACCP) and European regulatory frame for food products
Fluent in French and English
Organized, rigorous, and comfortable with data and documentation. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with external stakeholders
Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft & Google Workspace, etc.)
Special awareness with plant-based products
You will have a first video call with the HR team and a second interview with your future manager, Aude, followed by a business case!
