Collaborate hand in hand with managers to collect their recruitment needs, and help them define the mandatory skills for future talentsSupport them in writing appealing job descriptions and putting offers online to give them wider visibilityDevelop a strong network to create a pipeline of talents that you can reach out to anytime (if today is not the right time, maybe another day could be)Source proactively and select profiles through different tools (internal ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referral...)Identify the appropriate recruitment partners and build strong relationships with each partnerInterview qualified candidates to make sure their profile match not only with our job descriptions, but also with our internal values Build technical and soft tests for applicants with the manager’s helpSynchronise regularly with managers regarding your progress on their open rolesKeep an eye on the figures - you must know exactly what you’ve achieved every quarter and be aware of your targetBe proactive to offer solutions to improve our internal processesBe the local referent for all administrative procedures and human issues; work closely with the managerscollect needs and deploy training sessionsshare the culture ans deploy the external communication policyparticipate in HR projects (Happy at Work ...)What we offer

A bit of experience. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position (with a previous experience recruiting Sales profiles), ideally within a SaaS company. You must be really comfortable with hunting techniques. Great communication skills. Your job is to find the best talents to join our team. As such, you need to be able to build strong relationships with all people you interact with in order to be the most impactful possible. Your impressive kindness and common sense will help.Passion for the field. You have a keen interest in people and get really excited about getting to know them better. In addition, you love the idea of bringing hidden talent on board. If you’re interested in the tech world and new technologies, it’s even better.Drive.
