Contract & Location

  • Permanent full-time contract
  • New York Office: 408 Broadway - NEW YORK - NY 10013 - USA, with a smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)
  • A few examples of your responsibilities

  • Collaborate hand in hand with managers to collect their recruitment needs, and help them define the mandatory skills for future talents
  • Support them in writing appealing job descriptions and putting offers online to give them wider visibility
  • Develop a strong network to create a pipeline of talents that you can reach out to anytime (if today is not the right time, maybe another day could be)
  • Source proactively and select profiles through different tools (internal ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, referral...)
  • Identify the appropriate recruitment partners and build strong relationships with each partner
  • Interview qualified candidates to make sure their profile match not only with our job descriptions, but also with our internal values 
  • Build technical and soft tests for applicants with the manager’s help
  • Synchronise regularly with managers regarding your progress on their open roles
  • Keep an eye on the figures - you must know exactly what you’ve achieved every quarter and be aware of your target
  • Be proactive to offer solutions to improve our internal processes
  • Be the local referent for all administrative procedures and human issues; work closely with the managers
  • collect needs and deploy training sessions
  • share the culture ans deploy the external communication policy
  • participate in HR projects (Happy at Work ...)

  • A bit of experience. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position (with a previous experience recruiting Sales profiles), ideally within a SaaS company. You must be really comfortable with hunting techniques. 
  • Great communication skills. Your job is to find the best talents to join our team. As such, you need to be able to build strong relationships with all people you interact with in order to be the most impactful possible. Your impressive kindness and common sense will help.
  • Passion for the field. You have a keen interest in people and get really excited about getting to know them better. In addition, you love the idea of bringing hidden talent on board. If you’re interested in the tech world and new technologies, it’s even better.
  • Drive. You’re energetic, hard-working, and have the will to persevere through adversity until the job is done - and done impeccably. You’re massively into getting results, and always aim for excellence in what you do.

  • Proficiency in English. Effective communication is one of the key aspects of this job. That’s why you need to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Other languages are a plus!
