Jonathan is the Managing Director of ABSL Czech Republic which represents the interests of Global Shared Service Centres and Outsourcing firms in the Czech Republic, one of Europes top outsourcing destinations. Jonathan has over 20 years experience in the CEE region and previously was a director at PwC Czech Republic where he supported Business Services clients in the Czech Republic and across CEE.

Ivana, Marketing & Content Creator

Ivana joined ABSL in August 2022 to help in building awareness about the value added of business services sector using her marketing skills and experience gained in multinational companies. Thanks to previous internship in online marketing agency and coordination of marketing activities for multinational logistic company in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary, Ivana gained complex marketing & project management skills and developed her creativity and out-of-the-box thinking which she is eager to apply in ABSL. As Marketing & Content Creator at ABSL, she is in charge of all online communication with ABSL network and beyond.

Adéla, Event & Community Manager - ABSL

Adéla, Event & Community Manager

Adela joined ABSL in June 2020 and came directly from the business services sector where she worked in financial SSC for Envista. After leaving Envista she started to gain more experience in the marketing and media sector. As Event & Community Manager at ABSL, she is in charge of event organisation for ABSL member community and she makes sure that all the events go smoothly. She is also helping a lot with devoloping closer relationships with ABSL members and partners. As Adela is also keen to PR and media and in June 2022 she managed to achieve a master's degree in Media studies at Charles University, she is supporting ABSL in this area too.

Helena, Senior Operations Manager - ABSL

Helena, Senior Operations Manager

Helena came to ABSL with direct experience from the international expert and contact center BlueLink International CZ, where she worked as a Brand and Employee Experience Manager. She was engaged in projects that won BlueLink prestigious awards in the area of business services. Helena also has significant work experience from the media as well as NGOs as a project and marketing manager. As the Operations Manager at ABSL she is mainly responsible for business development, developing relations with ABSL members and partners and is in charge of ABSL projects and events at the operational level.

Jarmila, Education Programmes Manager - ABSL

Jarmila, Education Programmes Manager

Jarmila is the ABSL Education programmes manager and has more than 20 years of experience in human resources in companies such as Albert, ADP, Deloitte. Her key areas of expertise are talent & development, change management activities, onboarding, recruitment, data analysis, and client relationship management. She is a believer in lifelong learning and is responsible for a unique set of qualifications tailored to business services such as the MBA GBS, Fusion Professional and Leader programmes.

ABSL is the one and only association in the Czech Republic bringing together over 100 world’s largest companies and employers – the business service centres. These are international hubs based in the Czech Republic but providing services to their mother companies and clients all over the world. Their job is to make sure they strive and they do this by running top-notch events and conferences, they research the field and work with our partners.

ABSL Czech Republic was founded in 2013 by 15 founding members. Since then they have grown to become a major active member association shaping the future of business services in the Czech Republic.
