The PMS Product Director is responsible for managing the Property Management Systems (PMS) product portfolio for the group’s hotels. This role involves defining the product vision, strategic planning, and deploying PMS solutions tailored to the specific needs of each property, with the goal of optimizing operations and enhancing the guest experience.
