HR Specialist – Part Time (75%)

Key Responsibilities:
· Partners with local HR team and provides required support in HR related topics, such as recruitment, performance management, employee development, resource planning, compensation and benefits, communication to associates etc, as well as with broader HR organization.
· Manages own entrusted HR agenda, acts as SPOC and communicates with vendors, provides updates to the HR team and the organization.
· Provides system data and creates reports (SAP, global HR systems).
· Co-works on data analyzes, labor market analyzes, local and global HR policies and procedures, suggests improvements.
· Facilitates change, leads initiatives and drives impactful results across geographies and clients.
Skills & Relevant Work Experience:
· University graduate (Bc.) in Human Resources or related disciplines.
· Professional experience as an HR practitioner.
· Very good interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.
· Tech Savvy; SAP knowledge preferred.
· Basic knowledge of the Czech labor code and employment frame
· Fluent in Czech, English, other languages an advantage
