The position

Job description

You will be part of HR & Recruitment team in Prague which consist of 8 colleagues, where you will focus on helping and supporting the business in attracting, sourcing and screening candidates.

This includes ensuring a consistent pipeline of talents gained through various channels, which we are positive you master, and constant desire to find the best match for both sides.

Preferred experience

As a Senior Recruiter you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Driving the end-to-end recruitment process demonstrating expertise in every phase

  • Ensuring diverse pipeline of candidate’s profiles and generating their interest to join Aeven identifying the best match based on job specifications

  • Building, evaluating and optimizing strategies for effective talent identification and recruitment

  • Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through excellent planning and delivery in Czech Republic and/or in Denmark

  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners

  • Undertaking administrative tasks involved with the recruitment process

  • Supporting Employer Branding activities

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced recruiter with at least 3-4 years of background in IT/Tech recruitment and strong communication skills with fluency in English

  • Proactive and collaborative team member with ability to take initiative, dedicated to providing exceptional service to hiring managers and ensuring a unique and positive experience for every candidate

  • Natural networker staying on the edge of recruitment trends and market changes

  • Proven ability to navigate and excel in challenging IT market conditions, demonstrating a positive and solution-oriented mindset to consistently fulfill hiring requirements
